Raging furious thrash metal (with a few death metal hints thrown in) by this Swedish frenzied trio. Recommended if you're into this old school thrash/death hybrid. For fans of early VENOM, MOTORHEAD, SABBAT, NOCTURNAL FEAR, ONSLAUGHT, RAZOR, BESTIAL MOCKERY!

Stockholm trio Vörgus has offered AM their new album titled "Hellfueled Satanic Action" for a review. When you visit their myspace, you see an anecdote mentioning: 'Expect nothing less than 9 songs of dirty thrashing'old-school metal to kick your ass, Motherfuckers!! Like the bastard son of early Venom and Motörhead'. Man, I tell you, when you put this on your own space, then I'm sure this band is either full of shit, or this band is filled with confidence, and determination about the music they've created as a band.
Well, after listening to this release for several times, I've got to follow the statement they've made. Great thrash album with speed metal influences and a winners-mentality. The filthy voice from Nenne Vörgus is awesome, and the instrumental attacks are even more outstanding. Many straightforward riffs are audible in this album, and the temp-changes are genius, like those in track "In Metal we Trust" and "Headhunter". Also the blastbeats in track "My Beloved" goes straight through your heart. Killer track on this album is definitely "Slave", with its fantastic riffs and solo's. Don't hesitate, and buy this record!
