CORPSE WATER - ...Something in the Water CD

The overpowering debut full-length by this U.K band. Corpse Water is a studio project inspired by the earlier material of old school Death Metal bands such as Six Feet Under, Cannibal Corpse, Obituary and Cancer, with a focus on hooks, choruses and songs meant to be enjoyed rather than analysed, with no concern for unnecessary technical polish or wankery of any kind. Previously only available on digital and vinyl, "...Something in the Water" contains nine brutal and dark pieces of a breed of Death Metal that's ugly, mean, coarse, low and menacing, but still manages to have memorable riffs, meaty grooves and punchy hooks to get all deathsters headbanging.
