DGS (INFERIA) - Delusional Grasp of Sanity CD (digipak)

Originally from Helsinki, Finlande, DGS emerges as a new sonic threat rising from the underground. Signed to Great Dane Records, the band stands firmly within the pure tradition of extreme European death metal. Their music fuses brutal grindcore with uncompromising old school death metal. The single “Weakness,” taken from the album Delusional Grasp of Sanity, acts as a declaration of sonic warfare. From the very first seconds, the band unleashes a cold and direct violence. The riffs are abrasive, cutting like a rusted blade. The drums erupt into relentless, frenetic blast beats. The guttural vocals reinforce the dark and nihilistic atmosphere. The influence of the Finnish extreme metal scene is unmistakable. Yet DGS maintains a modern and aggressive approach. The production remains raw, organic, and authentic. Every second breathes hatred and urgency. The band favors pure impact over unnecessary technical demonstration. This approach strengthens their underground credibility. With this first assault, DGS already establishes itself as a name to watch very closely.
