KORGULL THE EXTERMINATOR - Ten Years of Total Extermination 2xCD (digipak)

Right off the bat, down to their very warlike moniker of course inspired by the famous 1985 VOIVOD song of the same name, KÖRGULL THE EXTERMINATOR have always been very proud of their underground ethics. This ugly, raw music made by maniacs for maniacs whose roots go deep in the 80’s metal movement but also in punk and hardcore. So no wonder that although they’ve already released four full-lenghts so far, they’ve always played the underground game and never said fuck no!’ to any split or compilations offers, let it be for a supra-limited split CD with their fellow countrymen MORBID YELL, another with the Norwegian black/thrash kings DEATHHAMMER (‘The Flag of Hate Shall Rise Again’) or few selected covers, like their take on ‘Satan Bless You’ for a SABBAT tribute or NAPALM DEATH’s Scum opening salvo, ‘Instinct of Survival’.

As they’re gearing up for next attack and since they’ve remained quite silent for the last two years for non-musical reasons, KÖRGULL THE EXTERMINATOR have decided to satisfy their ever-hungry fan with this massive compilation. Ten Years of Total Extermination basically includes all the tracks not included on any of their albums, from bonus tracks, splits or even collaboration, some of them for the first time on CD. There’s an even two unreleased covers (incl. their own drunken version of Lemmy’s own ‘Ace of Spades’ with the help of an underground legend that shall remain unnamed as we’ve sworn secrecy to the gods of rock n’roll, even if one looks close enough he might see some blazing in the northern sky)
plus one new anthem, recorded especially for this release. The result if almost two hours spread over two CDs of filthy, in-your-face and dirty thrash metal the way it should always be. So in the immortal words of MANOWAR: wimps and posers leave the hall because KÖRGULL THE EXTERMINATOR are back and they aren’t taking any prisoners!!!!
