While not being a concept album, The Blackest Movie will take you through a full-length film where apocalyptic sequences and dark but realistic pictures query us about the future of our planet and the way it is going on now. This album mingles stoner riffs along with machine and voice samples in a modernized vintage sound, as if the 70's Hard Rock was revisited with a colder and more agressive mix. Some songs do have a Heavy Metal sound, such as "The Gods' Failure", "The End is On", "Sweet Time for a Crime", but there are also Blues Rock, Doom and Progressive influences in some of them, like "The Blackest Movie", "Prime Cut", "Hellone" or "Blood Red Blues".
