Italy has too few good grindcore bands. Name me another besides Cripple Bastards. Okay, you get the idea! But this Snuff Movies After Dinner is a new kid on the block! The debut ‘Immagine Che No Conosco’ is an easy going CD that consists of sixteen simple songs that harbour plenty of good ideas, fat riffing and great hooks in great arrangements as well. The fact that they have a great vocalist helps as well! The only thing that could be better is the production of the drums. It sounds like he is hitting on empty soda cans. That is a pity. Overall the production could be better, but listening to the YouTube song might change your mind in disagreement. Oh, singing in Italian was a wise choice, there aren’t that many around that speak English without an accent. And the use of a sax is great as well! Not a bad debut and probably the beginning of a great career.
